i used to be really good at staying up late, and never sleeping. and then somewhere along the line between then and now, i just lost it all. i think it was when i gave up diet coke. i used to say that i didn't need sleep or water or food because i run off pure awesome. well, turns out it was just the diet coke. so last night i didn't sleep. yeah, i was writing a paper and i decided to take a 6-hour break in which i did absolutely nothing. i'm massively unproductive most of the time. so anyway, no sleep. (understand that i already survive on a kind of "sleep starvation diet"... sleepxdebtxcore) for succinctness' sake, i'll just give you a list that sums up my day.
THINGS I'VE DONE TODAY THAT RULE (and other stuff that rules too)
-almost fell down the stairs (3 times)
-thought a hole in the ground was a cockroach, reacted accordingly
-stood up, walked across room, forgot why, almost fell over, returned to desk, remembered original mission, got up, put on pants and went to class
-banana on my desk as well as other objects in my peripheral sphere of vision seem to be moooooooooooving
-my heart feels funny, and my left eye stopped producing tears, i think. rather uncomfortable.
-frightened by peculiar opening mechanism of library door
-seemingly only one concerned by loud, ominous, and unfamiliar siren sound
-intermittently giddy and unconscious
-veryverycold
the end.
i like to eat dry oatmeal sometimes. it's better than you'd think, sort of.
Walls are nice to run into.
