Why Can't You Sleep?
You can't sleep because you are under stress. Responsibilities keep piling up, and it's getting to the point where you can't deal with them anymore. You probably grind your teeth or clench your fists a lot with pent-up tension. You would benefit greatly from keeping a priority list to organize your tasks, and practicing relaxation techniques. And remember, if you can't do it all yourself, ask for help!
