Ignoring the argument, and focusing on one tiny bit, my dear, is called a Straw Man. Straw Man - The author attacks an argument which is different from, and usually weaker than, the oppositions best argument. If you aren't going to argue logically, you might as well apologize and get it over with. Focusing on one sentence doesn't mean the rest of it ceases to exist. If we are going to argue, at least do it logically, alright? It makes things much easier. But then again, you were never good at logic, were you?
