I completely agree with you on that and I was all pissed at religion in general for saying stuff like that but the thing is, the bible doesn't say to hurt and hate homosexuals. Only men do.

Hmmm well the bible commands us to love everybody. However, corrupt Christians interpret this as love everybody who fits into the Aryan Race of Christianity. And you're right, some really really horrible things have been done in the name of Christianity. It's sort of sad that we can take something that preaches love and tolerance and turn it into a symbol of hatred. Trust society to ruin everything with any beauty.
