Today was normal. I didn't do anything really. However two interesting things came up: I put in my two weeks notice at work. Although I'll miss the people, I never cared much for the job. I only make 5.50 an hour, so working less than 15 hours a week doesn't make me much when you consider that gas is 2.5? and I work across town from home or school. The Army National Guard called me today. They wanted to make an appointment for me to meet with a recruiter because apparently at some point I was interested. (?) So Friday at 6PM, he's supposed to call me. I figure I'll ask him about tuition, and about "How much time will I spend in Iraq if I 'get' to go?" I figure if he thinks I want to go, he'll be a little more honest. I'm going to explain to him that I have some discussing with my family/loved ones to do, and I'll get back to him. Then I'm going to let him down easy. lol That's about it.
