Ok sooooo........today was weird..... I woke up thinking it was Sunday. Again. So I had to hurry my ass up to get to school on time. Then I walked into class and my teacher came up to me and stood right in front of me. And very seriously she was like..."I didn't know you were that good of an artist." I was like......what......? Apparently there was this convention this weekend for teachers in California or something....and they told art teachers to bring artwork that people had done in their classes. So Mary went and brought this lame little still life drawing I did of some fruit. I mean this took me like...no time at all. I didn't even know if I would get credit for it, really. But she liked it a lot and brought it with her to feature for our school. And there was a contest? For all of the art in the state. And my drawing got 2nd place? So all these teachers are congratulating me on "winning the award" and I had no idea what they were talking about...... But then I got to my art class and they explained it to me. So I got this ribbon thing and yeah. That was pretty cool, though... And I've been doing so well in my English class that I've been moved to 12th grade level, second semester. Which is cool since I'm still earning credit and stuff.....oh well. But I dunno. Today was like....really strange. But in a good way. Oh and like half an hour ago I caught a rattlesnake right outside my kitchen window? Yes. Without being bitten. Annnnd...........I forget what else.
