Ha I'm back and already there's more drama. Apparently while I was gone my mom put the house back on the market and she and Ron are buying another house in Ventura. ( not in the lower area, on the hill in the nice area) So that house is in escrow and my mom is trying to sell this one. She's an idiot. If it's worth almost 2 million now, think of how much the value will increase in 20 years. Jeez she's stupid...plus this way I don't get anything when she dies, only half the Ventura house since Ron's kids get the other half. Not to sound like a greedy bitch or anything...but my god. But surprisingly when I heard the news I was like ha...that doesn't necessarily mean all of this will happen. I mean if you know the history of my mom and Ron you know how many times they change their minds and like...they're...incredibly inconstant. So whatever we'll see what happens. I'm just hoping she wises up and keeps this property and gets the house in Ventura. I would hate to give up this party house. Sigh... Welcome back to the SCV.
