Ha weird...if just sounded like somebody was scratching at the front door. I'm at Jordan's house. Creepy kinda. Ugh I don't feel like going to work. But what else is new. Yesterday was...interesting. My mom ditched me in the morning and like....assumed I would (could) call my dad and just have him take me to school. I had just gone back inside to get something warmer to wear because when I went out the first time I was like....holy shit. It was cold. So while I was getting ready she left. I tried to call my dad on my cell phone (since we haven't had a land phone line at our house in over 6 months) but it wouldn't let me call, saying that the phone bill hadn't been paid and it was being temporarily suspended. What...the fuck..... So I was stuck at my house. I didn't end up going to school. I just stayed home after trying to call my dad over and over, hoping that maybe my mom had taken her head out of her ass and had paid the bill and had our phones turned back on. Because it would obviously affect her as well...but no. So I chilled out and watched Reality Bites. I forgot just how much I really like that movie...and Ethan Hawke looks daaaamn good in it. So yes. Fun. Then I started freaking out about how I was supposed to get to work. I had to work on the Lyons Ave. location yesterday, so it's not like I could take the bus or anything. And nobody was there still. And my phone was still...incapacitated. Uuuugh... My mom finally realized that her cell phone wasn't working and that I probably hadn't gone to school that day which meant I probably wasn't at WORK...where I was supposed to be...and she went to our house. So she fixed the cell phone dilemma and got me to work almost 2 hours late. Luckily for me, my boss let me explain what had happened and two of the other employees hadn't shown up, either...like she didn't know where they were....and I was at least there. So things were cool. I ended up staying about an hour later than usual, too. So yeah that was yesterday.... Then today I went to school and well.....nothing interesting happened....it was really fucking cold this morning which made me realize that I really need to go shopping this weekend to get warmer clothes because this just isn't going to work... Now I feel like just being lazy after having to go to school and all that shit but I have to go to work. Bleh. BUT....at least it's Friday.
