stopping a habit is hard. like right now i am trying to stop biting my nails and it is pretty much not working. sometimes i feel like sitting down with myself and being like, look, what the hell is wrong with you anyway. stop chewing on your nails. it is so gross. but then you know something stressful happens or a brainwave comes along and vwoop, before you know it they are there again. i need metal mittens.
