Snare Roll Metal

Feeling: anxious
These past few days have been magnificent. I'll start chronologically I guess. StuGo camp was a great time, I got get to know people really well, and work together with my class planning prom and homecoming for the first time. I liked talking to everyone up there, and I did establish something, the more I get to know Laurie, the more I swear she actually understands where I'm coming from when I talk about movies or politics or love. I think we're just interested in so much of the same stuff that, it's almost like... I don't know, what's there not to talk about or to like. I love how Laurie and I got a kick out of the same stuff, like other kids coming up to us and saying, "Oh my gosh, I love old movies." while we watched Second Chorus (a Fred Astaire movie)... soon to have that person completely lose interest and walk away. Thanks for hanging out with me Laurie, and I was being honest when I said you're better than all the kids at StuGo camp at Frisbee (...and yes, you STILL owe me three million dollars). Okay... next, band practice (with 7 of us... yes 7 out of 8, and during the summer (that's what I said)). We had a great time at TJ's house playing the most loud, fierce punk rock song in False Jazz history, we don't have a name for it yet, but it's vicious I tell you. We also had super clean horn harmonies the whole time (thanks Mason, Perna, Paulie and Best). And to top it all off we caught Kris when he didn't have work, so I got to be at a practice with a drummer, love ya Kristavio. I think the coolest thing that's starting this week is me (possibly (hopefully)) getting a job. I have a job interview tomorrow at In 'N Out Burger... how sweet is that? Another way sweet thing is this, I made my own pair of custom slip-on's at Vans.com, and for those of you who don't know me too well, vans slip-on's are my weapon of choice. So I guess all that's left to say is that this is my last week of summer school, and I couldn't be more ready for school, I think this year is gonna be one that I'll remember the rest of my life. Sleep well kids.
