One-Track Mind

This week has been fairly excellent so far, I think of all the weeks I've had so far in the school year, this one's gone by the slowest. It's only Wednesday and it feels like Friday. I've had a strange schedule, which I'm assuming is why my internal clock is all out of whack. I had a cross-country meet yesterday in Prescott (basically about 2 hours away). It was a great trip, but one major thing went wrong. We're sitting by the starting line and Coach Sweeda tells us we've got eight minutes until the race, so Ben and I walk over to the restroom, come out no more than two minutes later and they've started without us... so what did I do? That's right, I sprinted the first two miles of this race, and still finished 4 of our Varsity guys. It was pretty amazing even though I started a good minute behind the gun. In other news, my knee's been killing me lately. Don't really know why, it's never happened before, but just running and stopping is like shooting pains. It's probably not a good thing, but I continue to run miles a day, regardless. I'm pretty sure the rest of this week is going to go well, I got A's on both my Trig and Bio tests (on the same day (and I didn't know I had the Bio one)). It was amazing. Anyways, have an excellent week guys. Oh, and sleep well too, because when you don't sleep you tend to constantly draw irrational conclusions like that ninjas must be the singular cause of quarrels among America's teens. And this is the part of the entry where I shut my mouth and go to bed.
