My Side

Listening to: Eisley- Memories
Feeling: determined
Things are starting to fall into place for Prom. We're starting to put the finishing touches on this beast of an activity. Yeah, I'm proud of it, and I think the people that I'm working with are as well. So I hiked approximately 20 miles on Sunday afternoon/night. I took a couple friends to the top of the McDowell mountains. It's really cool because it's the highest point in this mountain range, and there's a massive radio tower on top, so if I'm ever driving around Scottsdale in 20 years I can remember hiking to that very point when I was an eager, perservering 17-year-old. It was quite the trip, we started in Scottsdale, and wound up in a neighborhood in North Fountain Hills. We were EXHAUSTED. Other than that, I don't have much to talk about, choir is actually consuming my life in an extremely rewarding way. We're singing Mozart's Requiem in Carnegie Hall and we have rehearsals all the time, but they're actually pretty fun, I don't mind them because knowing that great of a piece of music is worth it. I'm going to get going, and before I forget, she's on my side. Have a good night guys.
