Serengeti Trek

Feeling: calm
I just got back from the most intense competition I've ever been to. It was the 2005 maricopa county Bashas' bag off. Here's the basic jist of it... I bag two paper bags as fast as humanly possible. Now I thought this would be an okay time, you know, nothing serious, not too ridiculous. I was wrong. These kids train. They train to pack freaking grocery bags. I didn't leave with cash, but I did leave with two things, a sense of humor (which noone had at this thing) and my dignity. I made so many jokes out of this thing and every time I said something I was met with harsh opposition. It's okay though. I'll just keep my current title of most extreme bagger in Arizona. IT'S FREAKIN' EXTREME!!! *bungee jumps* Otherwise, I've been working insane hours lately. 4-10 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. How intense is that? So much money. Okay, so this last week I was a counseller at my church's vacation bible school and it was pretty incredible. I was put in charge of ten 2nd and 3rd graders and I think I can safely say that I've never had so many kids hanging all over me for one three hour period ever. It was a good time though. The kids were really sad when it was over... and cleanup wasn't exactly the most fun, but that's alright. So I also went to San Diego, surfed alot... and yeah, I'll try to keep my diary more updated than I have been recently. Have a nice weekend guys.
