I'm going home and having a glass of milk and a Thomas Kemper. Today has been way too sunny. Walking around during lunch, I got all hot and swearty... Urgh, I hate the sun... I mean, sure, it's good sometimes, but it hurts my eyes and makes me sneeze. Follow the day and reach for the sun... That song is stuck in my head... It's a pretty good song and those aren't really annoying lyrics, so I'm okay with my weather-inspired singingness... For now. I'm in Geography right now, and beginning to get a small headache... ................................. Yay! It turns out I can take non-honors social studies next year and then AP US History as a junior! That way, I can escape history day! I'm going to set next year aside to get myself together, then try to really push forward after that... I really do have to focus more on school and less on my social life... Which is really kind of sad because Morgan is drifting toward her newer friends, and I really don't like other people all that much... The "group" I get along best with is the preps, who are actually pretty cool... They're really nice and accepting people, much unlike what you would think... Problem is, they only like music like John Mayer and Yellowcard, who I admit that I really like, but then I also like Ozzy Osbourne and a lot of other "harder" rock (and alternative, emo, grunge... hell, even underground pop) artists that they're completely not open to. I only care because I'm a music geek, I suppose, but... I don't know... If they could just broaden their tastes a bit, I could totally fit in with them, which kind of scares me. The really scary part, though, is that my closest match (preppy, with different music taste) is Gallagher. Eeeeuuuuuggghhh... I've known the guy since third grade and he still seems to hate me. Grrg. This is turning into a whiny rant. I'm getting on the school bus and turning this off.
