I always get the feeling that I know more about my computer than the technical support people. Poor, tired people. They're just working there so they can have a job. There aren't enough tech geeks to fill all the technical support positions that need to be filled :( Ada and Alma ... I think they have aliases that they go by. No one really has pretty names anymore.
