I am genius. My feelings are better off when they aren't out in the open. That's what I've come to realize. Just like a boo boo. If you have an ouch, you need to cover it with a band aid. If you take it off, you are exposing it...putting it in danger of getting hurt again. I think that's what I'm doing with my heart.
