Jack called me last night, first time that we have talked on the phone since it ended. And the first time that we hung up without saying 'I love you'. Why is it that as soon as you decied that you aren't compatiable for a long term relationship that the words 'I love you' disappear. Because, I know that the feeling deep down inside doesn't go away that quickly. I still feel love for him, but to say it would be akward, why have we turned emotions into something akward?
