Any stranger can figure that stuff out. It's too impersonal. Something a stranger can't figure out about someone by glancing or just asking, that's personal. Personal is knowing that a friend would rather use a gluestick instead of a bottle. Personal is knowing that a friend never wears chap stick unless it's made by a certain brand in a certain flavor.
