Trek was amazing. Really. I loved it. I learned a lot of leadership skills for next year. It was cold the first couple days but then it warmed up on Wednesday for our canoe adventure. I got to talk to this guy Anthony for awhile about Austrailia (he's from it) so that was cool. I also got to know some of the guys from my campus and some other people from other campuses. They also had this cool giant swing kind of like the ripcord at Worlds of Fun but smaller and I did that. I also climbed the rock wall. Didn't make it to the top though because my feet kept slipping and hands were numb since it was cold and rainy. Oh well, still lots of fun. I also did some of the elements on the ropes course, which was actually just like a challenge course, it wasn't up in the trees or anything cool like that (sad, I know). I even won a DVD! All in all, I would definitely do it again in a heartbeat.
Now, finally, back to life. I suppose I should find a summer job. I haven't even unpacked yet, though I've been out of school for three weeks. Just haven't had any time yet. I started unpacking a little bit today, I plugged in my TV in my room so I can watch movies while I unpack. It really hasn't helped all that much though. I had to buy groceries today since my mom has no real food here (stupid fruits and vegetables class).
I'm going to the playhouse tonight to see Annie Get Your Gun with my mom since she gets free tickets. One of the ya-yas is also going and bringing someone. It should be fun, in the old lady kind of sense.
you know you love me ;)
