It's hot in my room. On the plus side, it's really nice outside so I can open the window.
I just got back from Hickory Sticks for ice cream with the girls. Luckily, we all got there at 5 till 9 (when they close), otherwise, they wouldn't have seated us, especially since we had 14 in our group. I felt sorry for the couples that go to Hickory Park for Valentine's Day. It's not a good date restaurant normally, but Valentine's Day?? Hello, she deserves something better, guys!! Anyways, it was fun, especially watching Natalie, Katelyn, and TP trying to pogo stick afterwards. Courtney and I almost peed our pants laughing. Good times. "Check me."
So V-Day wasn't a complete tragedy. Not that I expected it to be but I really hate the cheesy people who try to make it "Single's Awareness Day" or something. Hello, we all know what Valentines Day is about??? And if you're not dating someone, that's prefectly fine too. But don't go raining on the dating parade because you don't want to feel sorry for yourself.
Bah.
Anyways, off my soap box now.
I heard from Casey Spark, the woman staff leader for Toulouse this summer. She's calling on Thursday at 2 for my phone interview portion. I made it through the application process!! I'm not a total freak!! I'm not too worried about the interview but yet I am. I really want to go, and I'm sure they're not going to cut anyone but I'm still nervous. "Take it to the house."
TP and I decided today that we are going down to Tulsa for Cindy's birthday party the first weekend in March. About thirty minutes after I left Cindy a voice mail saying we were coming, we realized that means we have to miss the Cru ball. Oh well, didn't go last year either and it's not like I have a date anyway. Not that Jenn didn't apparently tell a group of guys that both TP and I are "rather datable". So embarrassing.
Well, that's all for now, sorry I'm horrible with updating so far this year. It's that dang facebook, taking away my attentions from my sit diary. Oh well.
you know you love me ;)
