So much to do, so little time. (No, not the Ashley and Mary-Kate movie .... Megan, remember when we were little freshmen and decided that we were going to pretend to know A and MK and only call them "Ashley and Mary-Kate" and if anyone asked why we switched their names around, we'd say that everyone who actually knows them knows that you are supposed to say Ashley first or something like that ..... gosh, we were dorks ..... I'm so glad we are so much more grown up now ..... oh, shoot, wait that's not true ..... we do still try to look up Stars Hollow online to see if it's a real place that we can go to for spring break ...... shoot, long tangent, end parentheses now)
I'm helping out with Vacation Bible School this week at church. Crazy kids. I wish I had some cool fun story of my own to tell about silly things that kids say but instead, I'll tell this one that Cindy told me. Alex (aka: Doll Baby because he's the cutest preschooler ever) was talking to Cindy and Cindy asked him if he was excited about getting a new baby sister in like 6 months. He was like "oh yeah" like the Kool-Aid man. And then she was like "So you and Isaac are going to be big brothers, right" and he was like "oh yeah" again. Apparently, she asked him like 5 different questions and he answered just like the Kool-Aid man to all of them. So cute. He's a precious kid, Abby's so lucky to be his aunt.
I have a butt load of things to do this week and on into the time until I leave for school. But guess what ..... I bought a couch on Saturday!! My first peice of real furniture!! It's kind of so ugly that it's cute. My mom compared it to the Charlie Brown Christmas tree in that way. But I like it and it's one of the most comfortable couches I've ever sat on. I can always buy a slip cover or something to put over it. Now if only I had the money to pay Nebraska Furniture Mart for it with.
I feel like eating Donut Holes. Too bad I ate them all yesterday. It's ok, though, because I've been going to Jazzercize and working it up. It's kinda fun, even though I feel like an old lady there. At least it's free though, since I'm a temp baby-sitter. Woo hoo for free exercise!!
you know you love me ;)
