11.27 a "What up pup?" That's what I say to my dog when I come home. Because she's such a cute little whippersnapper! I got to have breakfast with one of my favorite people today, Ann Walker!! She was in Omaha because she had to take Taylor to the airport since he's going to San Diego this summer and she met me for breakfast at Delice. It was so good to have a nice croissant and chai for breakfast! Something to look forward to in France!! Only 5 more days! I leave on Sunday (the 22nd) to fly up to Minneapolis and then I fly out of there on the 24th, getting to Toulouse on the morning of the 25th!! I'm very excited to go, but not so excited to do all the stuff I have to do to go there! There's SO MUCH to do!! I am so not looking forward to the packing! And the purchasing of last minute items (like an electrical socket adapter). But it will all be worth it when I step off the plane and am in the land of the frogs! What was it that they called France in the Georgia Nichols books? Froggy-a-gogo Land? :D I missed Gilmore Girls last night!! My life is sooo very depressing! My mom called yesterday afternoon and asked if I wanted to go to a movie when she got off of work and I said OF COURSE. So she picks me up and we're on our way out to AMC when I realize that I didn't program the VCR!! I had gotten the tape out and everything but forgot to record it!! It was only 5:45 so my mom asked if I still wanted to go to the movie and I did but I was freaking out about missing Gilmore Girls. I called everyone in Omaha but no one could tape it for me. Then I left a frantic message on TP's phone to have her tape if for me if she got the message in time. Luckily, she did get it and she did tape it but I won't be able to get it from her until July when I come back from France!! I am ever so sad because I want to know who popped the question to whom and if they said yes and if Rory is really leaving Yale BUT I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO TELL ME!! If anyone who reads this ruins it by telling me before I watch it, I will be very angry!!! And ask Megan, you don't want to mess with an angry Robin, right? ggggrrrrrrrr, hairdryer. I found the cutest outfit at Old Navy yesterday! It was a cute below-the-knee skirt that was brown and cream designy things with a pink strip around the bottom and then a boat neck matching pink shirt with a brown long sleeve thing that ties at the cleavage over it. SOOOOO cute, wishing I had the $53 to buy it. I have to balance my checkbook and then maybe I'll call my grandma and see if she has some pointless jobs for me to do for money. Like carry empty boxes to her storage unit. She's so crazy; crazy old lady. But if she gives me enough money for my Old Navy outfit, then she can be as crazy as she wants. you know you love me ;)
