Parental Advisory – This little story is as much bad as it is bad. It contains gross ideas and horribly amatuer writing. Be advised. I at least tried to have proper grammar. Thank you. No matter how hard or how much you covered your ears, the squelching noises persisted. Steps upon steps that sounded like a person sinking into an ancient bog. Cries of agony and horror mixed with breathing that made nails on a chalkboard seem like an angels whisper echoed up and down the corridors. Slowly, they continued their assault upon the elderly inhabitants with babies retrieved from the maternity ward of the hospital. Nobody knew where these hideous people had come from. They only knew that they were armed with infants, toddlers, and even tykes. These child-wielding creatures appeared human, but their stature and composure assured you that they were no nearer to being human as an ape is. Each one nearly seen feet tall and at least 350 pounds, and they swung the babies with sickening accuracy. As they swung the kiddies, necks were knocked into grotesque caricatures of themselves, and arms were hit so hard, they not only broke, but that very arm bone continued on and pierced the hapless victims ribs. The problem with using a child as a weapon is that they aren't very sharp. They're so soft and ungainly that it takes many swings to cause any serious harm. So very often one of the creatures would hover over a body and continually pummel it with the baby over and over until neither was recognizable and the child’s legs were all that was left. Most of the blood in the hallways was that of the kids. Splatter stains decorated the windows of the ER, little intestines littered the floor of the cafeteria and heads were propped up like trophies along the waiting room desk. Even after they had used all of the babies as assault weapons, most of the old people were still alive to some extent. That's when the creatures began fitting the people into their walkers, skewering them through the mouth with canes and shoving oxygen tanks into places that haven't seen action in nearly half a century. Such it was that these beings came to the hospital, filled with people seeking to improve their condition, and brought atrocity and depravity that could only be described as a cannibalistic “playing with ones food.”
