Listening to: ...the hum of the computer...
Feeling: neurotic
Well...weird...I haven't posted an early morning entry in some time. I'm actually more glad it's Saturday than I am yesterday was Friday. I'll explain why, but first Friday news:
Two good things Friday. First, my dad's boss let him come home for the weekend. *smiles* I'd never seen my mom so happy in all these 18 years. She barely let go of his arm, usually only when they got in and out of the car. He knew he was coming home since Monday, but he wanted to surprise us. It was one hell of a surprise. Sadly, he has to go back Sunday afternoon and will be back for good next Saturday. I'm just glad to have seen him. I'm going to go and spend the day out on the town and let them have some alone time today (Saturday) while Rob's working. Then later tonight (Saturday) we're going to go to a movie together. Second good thing was that I finally got to talk to some of my actual friends. Sadly, one of them is insanely nervous right now. And a little message to her:
IF YOU GET TOO NERVOUS OR WORRIED REMEMBER THE FRAP AND CALL ME IF YOU NEED TO TALK!!!
Anyways, it was just great. They say a person is truly blessed when they are surround by friends. No, I thought I was. I believe a person is truly blessed when they can draw a line in the sand and their true friends and loved ones can cross it without a second's thought and stand beside you. *smile softly* I'm finally able to do that and I'm all the happier for it!
Now, onto Saturday's events. I've actually got a busy day planned for today. Besides ensuring my folks are alone for a while, I'm going to do some work to my jeep...god...I love saying that...'my' jeep. *sighs* Er...yeah...then hang out with Kaitlin for a while. Interesting tid bit is that we've never actually had the chance to hang out outside of school before, it was always just in anime club or something. I've wanted to ask her if she'd like to join me and my friends a few times, but was always worried for some reason so I never did. Another tidbit is that two of my friends believe I have a crush on her. Kaitlin is a fabulous girl, one that I could actually enjoy spending a lot of time with. But...like with everyone else...I'm no where near her type. Plus, she could probably have like any guy she wanted. Senji-ku is just Senji-ku.
Then, I have to pick up the new Inuyasha game when Rob gets off work. Followed by a trip to the movies with the family. We'll probably see The 40-Year Old Virgin...which sadly...6 people have told me that that movie is foretelling my future. It's considered noble and perfectly fine when a woman wishes to wait until marriage, but a guy wants to as well, and they get called gay or something stupid. Oh well ^_^ I'm proud of my choices.
Um...what else...? Oh, my new order of pens is in and I've got to get them. They're the Deleter: Neopiko Line inking pens. They're from Japan and they are by far the smoothest ink I've ever used. I won't use any other inking pens anymore, really. Plus, I've got to work on my manga project and find a new sponsor for it. The last guy said he would only sponsor it if the series was more mature. I.E....graphic violence, sex, and nudity. Uh-uh! Boundless and Red Dawn are my babies. I'd never mistreat them so vugularly!
Oh well. Heh...I've got to be up in 3 hours. I guess I'd better go to bed. Remember, always a click or dial away.
*hugs* Later.
