I sluggishly got out of bed this morning. I honestly looked like a slug crawling forth from some kind of abyss only to welcome the day with not enough sleep. I guess it's my fault. I simply couldn't put down the book I'm reading. "The Da Vinci Code". I kept saying..'ok, just after I finish reading this chapter'....20 chapters later...' ok, just after I finish reading this chapter'. *sigh* Eventually I fell asleep. But...then came the sluggishness of it all. I managed to get ready for the day. Basically. I arrived at school, talked with nicole. ber, dan, and koskan then hurried off to class. During the first couple moments of class wade and I discussed his $71 shoes. I don't care how cool they looked, or how long they are 'supposed' to last, I would NEVER spend that much on shoes. I probably wouldn't spend that much on an entire outfit. Wow. They must be some pretty cool shoes. Scott arrived late [he forgot his backpack at home] and we watched more of "All Quiet On The Western Front". It's a pretty cool movie I guess. *shrugs* I wish I could get more into it. It's one of those things that actually matter and something that I should care about, but.....somehow....I find it dull. It's probably just the way the movie was produced. Still. 2nd hour-lame 3rd hour- We continued to plant and transplant. I'm so excited! Our Alyssums have flowers!! They're so pretty. Kourtney and I visited Mrs. King. That was pretty cool, then andy joined us and we discussed drinking and drug abuse. It was kinda cool, seeing both girls different point of view. 4th hour- Algebra was actually lots of fun. Randy settled down in the seat next to me, making valerie go up and sit next to brian. It was fun. We talked about steve and how he's NOT going to make out with others girls while he's down in Cali. Kelly would kill him. She's getting so jealous...it's cute. We talked about how the weather is bizarre/annoying/ When is it going to stop snowing dangit!!!??? oh well. Mrs. Jensen got angry with us. *shrugs* It happens. Lunch- same as usual. 5th hour- English....character analysis. Pretty interesting considering how it could have been SO much worse. After school I went to practice. Man, I've missed having Yolanda coach me. She may be hard, but she's awesome. I had lots of fun. And Jake came!Ahh! I haven't seen him forever. Kristen and Micheal showed up, that was cool. Friends are awesome.
