my heart is breaking i never thought a heart could break like this... i just want to die......im breaking down....because of him......he's in a hospital(silver hill)...he's gonna come back and not want me.....he won't even remember me......what am i to do? i love him with all that i am....he's everything to me and more.....i am falling apart.....can a heart really break like this?
