Mr. Rogers has past on. It is a sad thought. That man brought so much love and happiness to so many little ones. I remember watching that show back in the ghettoville housing of La Vista. The little train with the kings and queens, the cardigan sweaters..the song. I learned on the local Christian radio station down here..Z.88.3 that he was an ordained minister, and fought in Vietnam...he even had war tatoos, and hid them with his long sleeve shirts and cardigans.
Classes today weren't bad at all. I got out early of both, and I think I might minor in communication. The thought crossed my mind today while listening and taking notes. I am super interested in it, and I think that might be in the running for a minor, along with marketing and finance. We'll see...keep in mind..I'm only a frosh.
I love listening to Gospel music! I'm listening to Kirk Franklin..Unconditional right now... Here are some lines...
When I think
of the things that you've done
and the way
you show me your love
now i know
it's got to be real
how i feel
sent from above
Jesus you
my strength when I can not go on
my lights when my sunshine is gone..
P.S. to whomever wrote that comment..I live in sunny Orlando Florida right now...and when I'm not here, I live in Lincoln Nebraska..and when I'm not there, I live in Papillion Nebraska..there..you happy???
