Wow, what a year. A SITDIARY year that is. I have officially had this diary for a year now. And oh what a year it has been. This time last year I was finishing up papers and studying for finals. Not to mention the anxiety that was present in my life. I was going to be leaving Lincoln for a new adventure in Florida. I can still remember the night where I was really emotional and worried about the whole thing, so I had Grant come down to the room and I basically layed on the bed and cried about it. He assured me that it was going to be just fine and that I just needed to keep praying and trusting God with the whole situation. Well, I did that and turns out I have had one of the best years of my life. Not only was I not in school for 5 months (he he he), but I made some of the greatest friends and had a BLAST in the sunny state of Florida. I found a church down there and even made some good Christian friends. I don't know what I was so scared about! Then this summer I was able to attend First Baptist more and more and was baptized and joined the church at the end of the summer. God led me there, and I am so thankful to Him for the wonderful church family I have. The many states I visited and the great fun I had really is something I should be thankful to God for, because he provides. If it wasn't for His Son, I wouldn't be where I'm at today. NYC, CHI-TOWN, CALIFORNIA, and cruise...wow...that is tight. Did I mention the fact that one year ago Grant and I were friends (but I had feelings for him), still had them throughout most of this year, and now we are dating, so of course I still do have them right now! This semester has FLOWN by! I can't believe it! Only a week left. I really need to start studying for my four finals. I'm putting all my trust in God on this one, and I hope and pray that I'll do well on the finals and finish off the semester with some A's on the good ol' transcript. FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY! ::Clipping from my first entry:: Ok Y'all. Yesterday I decided to start up this online journal thing. It went great, I explained my awesome day, and everything, but as soon as I went to change up the colors and settings, it totally erased it all. I was a little p.o. ed' but that is besides the point. I just dusted it off and tried again!
