Rockin' around the clock tonight. That is the song that is playing at the dark Burger King on this late Sunday at the Union. I just got back into Lincoln, and will be meeting shortly with a member of my business group. Our 8-10 analytical business report is due on Thursday. Oh joy! I'm gonna be praying that the Lord will give me strength to get through this week and to never lose sight of Him.
This weekend was good. Minus the big SKER loss. It's ok though...1) It's just a game, and c) There is always next year. Just think, we will have Dailey as our QB, lil' Corey as our RB, and the Bullocks twins for everything else! HaHa.
Church and Bible Study were a blessing as usual. The faluty standards of todays modern church are definitely apparent. God has blessed First Baptist with a Pastor who preaches the truth and upholds the Bible and all that is in it. Lou preaches what the Bible says to preach. Not health or wealth, but true Christianity and a focus on who Jesus Christ is, what He has done and what He is doing.
Only 22 school days left in this semester. Wow, it has flown by! Then comes the dreaded semester of all my business classes. I really hope they will be something of interest to me. If not, who knows what else I'll study at this university.
The Dutch food today at Stacey's house was delish. Sarah went all out. Yum Yum...gotta love that pretzel salad, ham, real mashed potatos, creamed corn casserole, rolls, etc! Hook was great too. "Oh there you are Peter!"
Ok so I better go see if my classmate Nick is here for our meeting. I hope all goes well. See ya later kids!
