For the house warming party, Stacey and I wanted to buy Kelsi and Deb some sparkling grape juice. So we go to Target and find it, and then go to buy it, and of course the lady said she needed to see some id. We were like..what? Yeah, I guess you have to be 19 to buy it, because it is sold in a wine looking bottle type thing. Grr..so we called Grant and wanted him to come buy it for us, but of course, he just came from Target. So we waited it out..almost bought these awesome flowers..and found a couple of ol' class of 02 classmates who were buying candy and pop! So they bought it for us! Yeah!! It was great..but that rule now makes me hold a little grudge against Super T.
The house warming party was so cool. We did satin hands and feet (mary kay) and we painted out toe nails..and did glamour (make-over). It was awesome. I ended up buying some hot pink (magenta bliss) nail enamel..and some coconut flavored lip stuff.
This morning my dad and I went over to my Grandma's house..she's moving to FL for good in the fall..so she's packing up all her stuff and getting ready for her estate sale on the 24th of June. I found some cool items, and she let me have them..a couple cool old vintage looking hats that were my Grandpas..some old husker pop cans..and a big glass vase. I also found this old picture of me when I was in the first grade at my uncles welcome home from the war party..i had THE bluest eyes ever..I should scan the picture and put it on here..just my eyes would be tight. Oh gosh..I found this really old Bible too. I think the copyright date was 1956..it's a Catholic Bible, so of course..it's different then mine. I wanted to look through it, but we had to leave.
Speaking of leaving..this entry is getting way too long...CYA
Update: Tonight was a blast. Grant, Justin, and I went out to Joe's cabin and had a bbq..played b-ball..swam in the lake..had this huge bonfire thing going..and more. Jay showed up..he got a bug in his eye..and a gnat in his throat..he's so funny sometimes. Grr..he still farts a lot..he did it in front of the huge fire too. Good times.
