Isn't it amazing how often we blink during the day and how much we depend on our eyes to help us to see all that is around us.
These thoughts were brought to my attention because I just got back from the eye doctor. I'm thankful for one year check-ups and that my mom pays for the cost of everything. My vision changed a little. One eye was decreased by .25 and another eye was increased by .25, therefore both of my eyes are at -2.25. I'm just going to stand in awe of the wonder of God's creation and His creation of the human eye. It's a pretty stinkin cool thing.
After lunch, my bro, mom and I are off to the derm and the mall. I'm not going to buy anything. I really need to stop buying things that I want. I need to go on a "spending diet." Justifying purchases at the mall are always easy to do, but I really need to stop. I don't want to go into debt.
Hopefully the derm will renew my prescriptionn for my nasty scalp med. I don't like using the stuff just because it hardly cleans my hair, but I am glad it usually does its designated duty.
Last night was a lot of fun. Spoons, laughs, toss up, food, fun and friends. One more...it was freeeezzziinnggg outside last night. The kind of cold that gets to your little nostrils and practically freezes them shut. Good thing we have mouths to breath out of! I practically peed my pants at Justins comment about Gretchen Weiners and her name! Good times.
Mmm...I can smell mommas cookin'.
Later cats!
