But I don't hear anything.... _________________________________ Elna Law Otteson 1932 - 2008 Elna Law Otteson of Centerville, Utah, passed away suddenly on Sept. 8, 2008. She was born in Twin Groves, Idaho, on Oct. 1, 1932, to Floyd and Vera Law. She married Harry Otteson on Nov. 22, 1957, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She was an active and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving whenever called upon in Primary, Young Women's and Relief Society throughout her life. She enjoyed her service in both the Logan LDS Temple and the Bountiful LDS Temple. She loved her family, the church and her neighbors and she was loved in return. She enjoyed family history and genealogy and was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry, and her brother, Del. She is survived by her children, Paul Otteson (Joan), David Otteson (Theresa), Ann Otteson, Gwen Merrill (Chris), Sara Tidwell (Allen) and Lynn Otteson (Kaycee); 17 grandchildren; her brother, Dean Law (Ruth); sister, Glenda Schwendiman (Steve); sister-in-law, Miriam Law; and sister-in-law, Carol Otteson. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend and she will be missed. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 N. Main, Bountiful. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at the LDS church, 1125 N. 400 West, Centerville, with a viewing from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. A brief graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, in the Smithfield Cemetery.
