Feeling: pessimistic
When in the state of apathy Pay close attention to what you -can- feel. But you must also pay attention to what you don't care to feel or simply don't feel. Only notice and tell yourself your accomplishments. Not your failures. Stay hopeful. Enjoy the moments you do feel. Ignore what others think or feel. Focus on you. Only YOU can control YOU. Do what YOU want. Easier said than done.
