Feeling: delighted
Happy Birfday Lil' Sara Marie! Hit the big number one... And you got a long ways to go. Your mother loves you so much She definitely won't let go... And your father enjoys spoiling you It's kind of fun to watch him serve a one year old so diligently. They put so much effort and sacrifice so much for you, baby. I can't believe it's been a year since Kellie and I were rushing up to the hospital (for good reason) and awaited your arrival to this world baby girl. Man oh man. Good times. You came out pritti fast. By 1pm I believe you came to us. We're so glad you aren't a whiny baby. :D Sara's and Arthur's birfday party was this last weekend. They bought her a big cardboard castle that she can crawl or walk into. And Shelly Bug made her a stuffed animal dragon to guard the castle! It's super cute. And Sara's favorite gift I think was the pink kids laptop computer her parents gave her. She'd take the laptop and crawl in her castle and play. She had cupcakes for a cake, and not chocolate by the way. Hmphf. With yellow, blue and white frosting. She'd eat some of it and play her favorite game of sharing with her parents and shoved the majority of it in her fathers mouth. Natalie invited Aubrey (Manley) and her hubby, James and lil' boy Sam. Emily and Brad. Ann and Brian with their three kids. Johnny is so skinny! That kid was a chunk last time I saw him... Shelly, Jared, and Alex, of course, were invited (next door neighbors)....anndd I don't remember who else. Basically those invited were all of Natalie's friends who are married with children....and then me. I had to remember to stop answering to my name. It was kinda funny the different pitches and tones were used when saying her name. From the kids whiny voice to the affectionate tone the adults use. The only one I could tell a difference of who she was talking to was Natalie. I can tell when she's talking to me or Sara. Today on Sara Marie's birfday it is raining. A huge storm has come today. I woke up to a slight sprinkling of wetness on my toes through my window this morning at 4:30am. I love this weather. I can't stop smiling. I love cold and wetness. Mwhaha. Aw, she's soo cute. I missed her so much. Happy Birfday baby!
