Ah, I said I missed my cat while I was gone but however I was very much wrong. Let's just say my lovely cat practically sat on my head around 9 so I have been up since then and I dislike getting woke up any time before 11, greatly. Even getting disturbed of my sleep at any time just makes it even worse for me to wake up. Well I was sitting here in my oh so great computer chair that I fell out of this morning and I realized I hadn't explained what I did for New Year's on my last entry so then I asked: What is the point of New Year's Eve? I mean, all we are celebrating is a new year, am I right? So then why do so many people go to the limits of making a big deal and going to parties, are they just convinced that the upcoming year is going to be so much better than the last? Or is everyone just using it as an excuse to go 'party-hopping' just to get drunk for it seems that everyone drinks the whole night and even more when midnight comes that it's almost acceptable to be drunk and get drunk all night. -sighs- And what's with the day after that? Why the hell must ALL the stores close just because it is New Year's Day? I really don't get why such things must go on because I simply don't see why January 1st is like the way it is, wouldn't you think they would be closed on New Year's Eve day? Heh, that sounded funny but that was my current cynicism as my mom likes to tell me when I asked her that question this morning. I'm going to go stand under some cold water and put on the lovely eye-liner which I have succeeded in making it look like Jack's for my wonderful day spent shopping wherever WE/I want to go because we are the ones with the money and my mom is the one with the keys. -nods- And who has to start school again on Monday..???!!! -cups ears with hand- .... ...NOT I!... ...::...POTC Quote of the Day...::...
