You’re in that moment again; the one that sees you sitting, arched over slightly contemplating your life’s next few moments before you. In that moment perhaps we’re all often asking ourselves, “what can I do – how will I do it I’d like to believe that instead of confusion or hesitation, this moment is instead a sense of composure before performing the final act of what it is we’ll be heading out to do in those next moments of our life, even if those next few moments aren’t actually until weeks or months later.
We all stand for something, usually something so heavy that we’ll often find ourselves sitting, feeling weighed down by the very thing we’re trying to stand up for and there again, we’re in that moment. It’s a beautiful gift bestowed upon us though, when we have something which we intend to stand up for. Let us not forget the World will be the one sitting to see us stand, so let us stand so high the World will soon stand too so to have a better view of what we’re standing for.
A lot can be done when there’s a crowd watching us. We don’t want them sitting, we want them standing with us, we want them shouting for us and with us; we want them to see and feel what we too see and feel. The World will always want to hear about the difference that needs to be made, but the World will always need to see the person who’s willing to make that difference, otherwise we’re all just a World sitting in hesitation.
No one wants to sit in hesitation confused against the choice of hope for the ideals of what our heart needs in life so to survive. It’s a gruesome World we’ll live in if we do and so we look to those who stand for us so that we too can stand. If in life we get a glimpse of who we can be, we should hold on to that vision because more than giving us a life we can lead, it gives us a life in which we can make a difference.
"And we'll stand before the World with a cause in our heart, a vision in our mind and the ability to move so that we can guide and help others to stand with us. The ones we guide will guide and help others to stand also and one day we'll have a World that stands together in that same cause, that same vision and that same movement that you yourself first stood up for".
Your words are kind and very endearing.
