Hello. It is Sunday. Which means the weekend is almost over--sadly! But this week is only a 4 day week, the daycare is closed for Good Friday! Yesterday was a GREAT day. I got up at 10:30 and took a shower and was ready to go w/mom to Kohls early bird sale, but mom woudn't get up. (surprise surprise). She finally got up & got ready and we left at 2:30. We went to Kohls and was there forever. I tried on so many cute things for Easter but I looked humongo in everything. =( Mom did buy me a shirt though. I ran into Lorrie Duggan there. She looked so cute...she got her hair done w/chunks of like reddish gold and she has lost a bunch of weight and is sooo tan. We left Kohls and went to Sonic for lunch where we saw my favorite carhop...Miss Kass Bass. =0) After eating we went to Goodwill and shopped. I loooove thrift Stores, they are great...I love vintage stuff. After that it was like 6:30 and so we headed to Jimmy & Sherry's. on the way we were on Millertown Pike in Mascot right before you get to the daycare and I got a flat tire. DANGIT, I have the WORST car luck in the world. I think I have passed that torch to Sara too b/c has only had her liscence for like 3 months and has already had a wreck and totaled her car and then she was drivin' "Big Orange" Friday night and the battery died on her lol. Ohh..poor thing. Anyways- mom being a trooper and very smart got most of the tire changed when this nice Christian family stopped to help us finish up. It was very sweet and we told them we would come & visit their church sometime! After that 20 minute delay we headed back to Jimmy's. We were there for about 3 hours. We played with Shawn and I fed him his baby food. They got the pictures back that they got made of Shawn and they are soooo good. I am gonna scan the one I picked out and put it on my webpgae...on Shawn's page. Then I got out some old school nintendo games (Mario Bros heck ya) and played that, and then on the super nintendo I played Mario Kart...OMG I used to LOVE that game. I did really good. After that we all had an hour chat on biblical stuff. Mom is so smart about that stuff. She needs to be like a sunday school teacher or something...if she would get out of the state she is in and get her life back on track. I know she wants to...but I also understand how it is so hard to get yourself out of a hole that you have dug so deep. Anyways- we left Jimmy's at like 10:30 and then went to Walmrat for an hour & half lol. We got a new vacuum cleaner YAY! And I got a Revlon straightner that works really well, I know b/c Rachel & Ashlee both have it. Then we got home and I was online for the majority of the night & morning~ lol...I am a LOSER. Today I woke up at like 1:30 and took a shower and then Emily came by to get a coupon for her & Nathan to use for their pics they are getting made. AW. She looked really cute even though I just saw her for a nanosecond. haha. ThenI got ready and went to Rachel's. Tomorrow is her 22nd birthday and I figure she will be out with Ricky or her family so I wanted to go over there today and give her bday stuff to her. She loved her stuff..she said it was her "best birthday ever" lol. She's so cute. I got her a baby blue tube top from JC Penney's that is super cute, some blue & pink flipflops from walmart w/sparkly straps, a "happy birthday" candle from Kohls (my favorite candle ever) that has sprinkles on top and smells like vanilla icing, and then last but not least I got her a thrift store tee shirt b/c she LOOOOVEs them!! It's a white tee and the front says something like "UT Dance Team" and has moon & Stars on it in the top left corner and then the back has a cowgirl on a horse with the sunset behind her and it says "Aint goin down til the sun comes up and then goes back down again". LOL. It's so cute. She cracked up! Then of course I got her a sweet lil card. She is so special to me and don't know what I'd do if I didn't have her in my life. I visited w/her for an hour...I didn't want to stay too long b/c she is sick and not feeling well. I left and now I am home and am unsure about what the rest of the day holds for me!
