Today is Saturday. I know I am getting kind of spotty in my journal enties...scary huh? I usually write every day. But anyways, I THINK it was either Wednesday or early Thursday evenign that I wrote last. Well I will start with Thursday. Thursday night I watched the movie "Something's Gotta Give" with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton. I thought it was so good! Probably most people my age wouldn't...but I thought it was awesome. I laughed, smiled, cried, and even got mad, lol. But I was happy with the ending~ haha. Anyways, after that I got online for a few minutes and then Emily called me and we talked on the phone for about 40 minutes and then I was up 2 hrs past my "NEW" bedtime (lol) so I went to sleep. Friday rolls around and I had forgotten that I was supposed to be at work at 1:00 rather than my usual 3:00. Well I had my alarm set for 1:30 (which is when I usually get up on most 3-6 days) I know, how pitiful is that..but also I used to stay up til 4 in ht emorning. Anyways, so I set the alarm for 1:30 forgetting I was supposed to be at work at 3. Well, Thank GOD I happened to wake up at 12! I got up and leisurely walked in the living room and got online and was just taking my time reading emails and then it hit me that I had to be a t work in an hour! So I took a QUICK shower, fixed some toast and headed out the door. I put my makeup on there. I was working in myr oom b/c Jennifer was out, so I worked with Robin for 2 extra hours. She is such a sweetie. Im gonna miss her & Jennifer both! I got off at 6 and then I changed clothes and went to Malibu Tanning in Halls and got 12 visits for $25.50. I scheduled an appt for later that night so then I went and bought Emily's birthday presents. I got her a bikini (it's so cute...it's yellow and all surfer/Hawaiian looking with palm trees, hula girl, and old beach lookin truck on it, and then around the edges of the bottoms and the top (and also the strings) there were little stripes of yellow, red, brown, green and stuff (real Todd Oldham looking)...it's so cute! And I got it for a real good price. I also got her a beach towel, a single red rose, and a birthday card. After buying that stuff I went to tan (it was a pretty good place I guess, I got a little burnt on my first visit...I know I am fair skinned but still...I only do when they are good beds). It looked like a lil older place, but it was cool and the lady was probably like 28 or 29 and was all about calling me "honey, sweetie, dear, sweetheart"...and the list goes on..I was just like "OK..once is enough" haha, but she was nice. I left there and went to Food City and got some groceries for me & mom and then I went home, put them away and got ready to go to Emily's. I got to her house around 10:15 and I gave her rose to her and then she opened her presents. She seemed to like them (I know I would). So she gave me a hug and then tried on her bikini lol. Then we went down to her den and watched a movie called "Homeroom" that she had rented. It was freaky! It had that girl we like alot in it from SwimFan and that MTV movie (cant think of the name)...but her name is Erica Christianson or something close to that anyways. And the main characted was played by "Busy Phillips" who I think played Joey's roommate in college on Dawsons Creek. Anyways, it was a good but kinda freaky movie about a school shooting. It had alot of cuss words which I didnt like, but I dealt with it. After the movie it was like 1:00 so we sat there and talked until about 2:00 and then I was like "I gotta go home" so I came home and went straight to bed! I woke up a lil bit ago at 11:00. I have NO plans today (wow, that's a first) so I dont know what i'm going to do, but I'm sure I'll find somethign to get into! =) Bye for now.
