HEY! Its Sunday! This has been a great weekend!!! So, Friday after work I said my goodbyes with Deana & Travis & Olivia and then came home! My friday night is a little cloudy~ all I really remember is taking a nap and then cleaning my bathroom. Granny called me to tell me that bad news that her brother Kenneth was dying of 4 brain tumors and that she was expecting her sisters to come in and stay with her and asked me to swing by her apt and clean some of it a little early and go get more groceries for her. So, I woke up at 8:30 yesterday morning. I tried to go back to sleep but I couldnt. SO at 10 I left for Granny's. I called my aunt Peggy on the way and learned that she was sick and wasnt coming to the get-together. Well, I talked with Granny, did a few chores for her, and then went to Food City for her. While I was shopping Rachel called me and wants me to come back to her house Wednesday night to scrapbook some more- yay!! =) Anyways~ WHen I got back Granny's sister Margaret & her husband were there. Its been years since I have seen her. She lives in Kentucky. So, I chatted with them for a moment and then I left to go to Sonic to get a cherry Dr. Pepper. After that I was on my way home and Todd called me to say that STephanie wanted me to come to the ballpark a little early to help setup so instead of getting there at 3, I got there at 2. So I got there at 2 and to my surprise they were already done. David & Christopher were already there too. NOt even 5 minutes later Darrell pulled up! So there were lots of us there early. So we all just kind hung out for awhile. The last person got there at like 5:30 I think. We had a good turn out. It was me, Todd, Stephanie, Emilee, Stephanies nephew James, Todds neighbors, Jimmy, Sherry, Darrell, Debbie, Zack, David Christopher, Betty, Libby, Mitzi & her hubby, and Chuck. It was so great. I was so happy to see everyone. They had the fire goin and we sat on bails of hay around it...it felt GREAT once it got goin! They also had rented this HUGE CD SPEAKER system so we had music playin all night. And we were in & out of the concession stand kitchen getttin our food. We had hotdogs, KFC, chips, donuts, and brownies. I took lots of pics and Jimmy had his video camera that I got to film with before it got dark. I had a great time chitchatting with everyone. It was especially great to see my Aunt Libby. She is the sweetest woman ever and I just wanted to HUG her all night. She PROMISED me that I would get to come over to her house when I get back from Texas, so yay. Stephanie and I sat together and talked fora bout 2 hours straight until it ended. It was nice getting to know her. After everyone had pretty much left Todd asked me to come over to their house to hang out since it was only like 8:30. So, I said YES and went over to their house. David & Christopher & James went too. So we watched one of Todds favorite movies called "Animal" which I thought was pretty stupid haha..but some of it was funny. After it was over we looked at his pictures and talked forever. They asked me to spend the night so I did. We didnt go to bed until 1:30 am. I got to have my own queen sized bed while David, Christopher & James slept in the living room. I woke up this morning at 8:30 and everyone else was already awake. We left and I rode with Stephanie to meet Darrell & Debbie & Zack at the "Golden Corral". We ate breakfast (Darrell paid for mine that was soooo sweet) and we were there for about an hour & a half! After that Todd asked me to hang around the house and stay for supper too but I was SOOO exhausted that I said I'd go home for a lil while and then come back for supper. SO I'm at home right now but fixing to go back. I dropped my film off & came home, then went out with Sara, then came back home. I got back in bed and Todd called me to say that Stephanie wanted me to spend the night again so I said that I would and then after I got off the phone with him I fell asleep. Now Im about to take a shower & then go back over there. Im excited. Its been great getting to know Todd- he's such a goofball and so fun. And Stephanie is just great too! I LOVE that I'm getting to know them- they are great people and are MY FAMILY. I'm so blessed. :) Oh, I just found out that Grannys brother passed away last nigt after everyone got to see him..so please pray for her & the rest of his family. Thank you!
