Listening to: \"Suds in the Bucket\" by Sara Evans
Feeling: hungry
whats up?? Today is Saturday although it feels like it should be Sunday since I was off Friday! Well- here's how my Friday was. BUSY. lol. I woke up at 10:30 and around noon Sara & I went out. We were gone for 5 hours. haha. We went to the bank, Mr. Gattis to eat, by Sonic to get Sara's check, to Cedar Springs Christian bookstore, Goody's, Target, and then to National Auto Parts to get my oil changed and tires rotated. After that we were going to go to the mall but our feet hurt way too much SO we went home.
At 6:45 we left and we picked up Juliana first and then Domanick. Then we were on our way to Gatlinburg! It took us a freakin hour to get up there....and then we finally parked and went to Ripleys Haunted Adventure. We stood in line for quite awhile but it was worth it b/c we got free tickets!!! I dont really know why...this is how the story goes: We were standin there in line and you know how all scary places have the scary guys that are there to freak out the people waiting in line. Well they had some dude in a black hooded costume with a mask that was so ugly with soem REaLLY big ole scary teeth. Then there was a dude that was "Hansel" I guess from hansel & gretel...he had the whole oldtimey little boy suspender get-up on...but half of his face was painted wiht like scary burnmarks or something. Anyways- they tried to scare us, but us being the people that we are were like "hey get a picture with us!" haha, sooo they did. First They both stood in a picture with Juli and I holding axes up to our necks and then the 2nd pic was just Domanick & SAra and the dude let Domanick borrow the ax to hold up to Sara's neck. It was quite funny!!! Well, a few minutes later we are just standing there in line and the dude in black gave Domanick, Juliana, and I free tickets!!! Poor Sara didnt get one, I dunno why! But we were like "no way!" how cool b/c he didnt give them to anyone else in line and it was a long line! We are special~ lol. I'm glad we were too b/c the tickets were like $15 with tax!!! And even though it was fun..and we got scared..it definitly wasnt worth 15..so hooray for the free tickets! We went in groups of 8. It was us 4 and then 2 older couples- theyw ere so cute. Well we all 8 had to squeeze in this OLD scary caged elevator and rode it slanted uphill to where this vampire dude w/a noose was. Then he put us in the order we were supposed to go in (i got seperated from my friends..go figure!!) and then we had to go through it in a singlefile line w/our right hands on the person in front of us right shoulder. Juliana had been appointed the leader b/c of her pink shoes but then the vampire dude told Sara to be the leader..but Sara was scared so Domanick ended up leavin the caboose and gettin in front of Sara. It was soo fun! We laughed & screamed and jumped. The freakiest part was near the start when we had to walk through a maze of clear body bags hanging from the ceiling and when you went through them they were cold & wet...eww. It was a very GORY haunted house. It took us about 15-20 minutes to go through. After it was over we drove to Pigeon Forge and ate Arby's. And then Sara & Juli wanted Baskin Robbins so we went there to get them icecream. When we got back to Knoxville we went to teh Babelay house b/c Juli had never heard of it or seen it. So we "attempted" it...but man it was SO dark & foggy and the woods were very eerie looking SO we turned around and ran back to teh car. LOL. That house was scary in the daylight, I know there's no way I could go inside of it at night!!! After that I dropped Juliana off around midnight and then went home and went to bed. Today is Saturday- I woke up at 9:30. I took a shower and came back to Bob's. Im taking Juliana to Maryville at 5 and dropping her off and then Im going over to my Aunt Julies house b/c Tim is working the 2nd shift so me & her & the girls are going to make brownies, watch "The Count of Monte Cristo" (which is one of my top 5 favorite movies of all time...Rachel bought me the DVD last year for Christmas), and then Julie is also cookin supper! yummy. I love her suppers! lol. Then tomorrow of course is church with Heather @ Buffat Heights Baptist! well...thats all for now! BYE BYE!
