Hey. I'm back in Tennessee now. I'm really unsure of how I feel about being back. Like..I was kinda ready to come home...just b/c it's not been the BEST week for me, plus I missed my friends and family...but at the same time...I love it there and loving being with Kristi & her family so I am sad. Like- I dont feel all "depressed" like I did last time when I first got back...but then again I dont really feel happy to be here AT ALL. UGh- why cant I make up my mind what I want? I am SO torn. I kind of just feel/23 like laying around and not doing anything...I hate being sad. I've been sad a little too much lately- and I DONT want that back at all. Ok...I didnt want to waste my time writing while I was there..so I'm gonna try to give a brief daily description of my days in Texas: Friday 11/19: Kristi & Hernan picked me up from the airport and we rode out to her work and I got to see Kristi's office which by the way is really nice. Saturday 11/20: I slept in while Kristi went to her womens breakfast at church that I was supposed to go to and then I went on some errands w/Kristi to Walgreens & Krogers. That night I was supposed to go to some couples dinner at their church but I felt stupid going since I'm not a "couple" and so I stayed at their house & babysat Nicole. Her & I watched 'Stepmom', colored, drew pictures and cuddled on the couch. She's such a cutie pie! Sunday 11/21: Happy Birthday Juliana! Julie opened her presents from me and then we went to Kristi's church and then after church Kristi, Nicole, and I went to Walmart(s) for Juliana's 13th birthday presents. That night they asked me to go to the Houston Texans game with Hernan (and I REALLY do want to go to one sometime) but I didnt feel like it (I totally wasnt myself last week at all, didnt feel much like doing anything when I'm usually like "lets go lets go lets go!")anyways so Kristi & Hernan went and Juli & I watched Nicole. We ate junkfood and watched "White Chicks", played 'homemade TWISTER', and videotaped. Monday 11/22: I rode with Kristi to work so I could have her van and then got lost trying to drive back across Houston. I was stressin like NO OTHER. But, I found my way back to her house..it only took me an extra 45 minutes and the opposite direction that I was supposed to be coming in. haha. Then Juli & I went to eat lunch at Sonic, went downtown to the underground Houston, then went to the Galleria..which is like the coolest mall ever. We did the "build a bear" together and made a bear with a pink shawl and named her "Kerriana" (put our names together). I drove back to Kristi's through floods & tornados hahaha. Me, Kristi & Juli watched "Swan"...I think that show is so silly. Me & Jenni watched it one time last spring. Tuesday 11/23: I woke up with my swollen eye. Kristi worked a long day that day. Me, Julie and Nicole hung out ALL day..I was kind of bored ...watched alot of "Boilings Points" haha. But I'd still rather be bored in Texas than bored in Tennessee hehe. WHen Kristi got home she took Julie & I to BlockBuster and we rented 2 teen movies "sleepover" and "confessions of a teenage drama queen". The first one was cute. Wednesday 11/24: My eye got BAD. Hernan was off of work and took me to teh doctor. I waited in the waiting room for a lil more than 2 hours then went back and Kristi had gotten off work early and met me in the backroom. The doc got in there and told me I had pinkeye and that sucked. Then Kristi, Julie, Nicole, and I went to San Jacinto mall and Kristi got a perm, Julie & I rode the carousel, and Nicole did the rockclimbing. That night I went to Kristi's church's Thanksgiving dinner. Then after taht I talked to Kristi in her kitchen while she cooked Thanksgiving food. Thursday 11/25: Happy Thanksgiving. Got up & rode with Kristi to Hernans sister's house in Bellville, Texas about an hour away. We ate and they talked & watched the game so I just sat there and dozed off. My eye was miserable also. Friday 11/26: Was supposed to go early "after thanksgiving" shopping liek I do every year..but I slept in instead while they went (im tellin ya, i was NOOO FUN last week). I got up at 9:30 and Hernan drove me over to my friend Jessica's house (from the Crystal Lewis boards). Her house was GORGEOUS. We of course watched Crystal Lewis DVD. She has the making of the "MORE" video..and then has the "More LIVE" DVD. SO we watched both of those which were awesome. We ate leftover Thanksgiving food and she sang for me and me& her cousins & sister walked to the movie theatre down the street and watched "THe Incredibles" and "The Polar Express". Then we went back to her house & video taped us singin & dancing to Crytal Lewis in her room. It was fun! I felt like I was 16 again. Then her mom took me home to Kristis...I got there at like 8:30. So I had spent all day with Jessica- but I had a blast. Saturday 11/27: Got up at 10 and got ready to go to a birthday party. We got there at 1:30 and stayed til 3. My flight was leaving at 3:55 and Kristi & I didnt know about the 30 minute check in rule. I thought I was ready to go home but then whens he pulled up to the airport I felt sick at my stomach and just wanted to NOT GET OUT OF MY SEAT and I started BALLING my eyes out..man I was sad to leave them. Well turns out they wouldnt let me on my flight since we didnt get tehre 30 minutes ahead of time. So I ran around trying to get a flight to Knoxville and couldnt find one so Kristi had to come back & get me hahaha. It worked out though b/c I obviously wasnt ready to go home yet and God had other plans. SOO we went back to Kristis and took Julie & Michelle to the mall and they shopped whiel I walked around with Kristi whle seh she shopped and then Kristi treated me to dessert at some nice restaurant..I cant remember the name. But I tea & cheesecake..yum. We talked for a lil bit (FINALLY got some quality time with my cousin who I love so much and lives FOREVER away from me). So that made me happy. It felt like the first trip to Texas. After that we picked the girls up and went home. TODAY: Got up at 8:30 and Kristi got me to the airport at 9:30 and my flight left at 10:50... "Put on my blue suede shoes And I boarded the plane Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues In the middle of the pouring rain" (walkin in memphis) ...and then Got to Memphis at 12:30. Of course the "Walking In Memphis" song was in my head the ENTIRE time I was there. I love that song..its great. I had a snack and read a magazine and then at 2:25 I got on th eplane to Knoxville and that flight was sooo short! I swear I had time to film outside the window for like 2 minutes, read like 5 chapters of Psalms, and then BOOM we were in Knoxville! I never realized how beautiful Tennessee REALLY is!! I missed the trees & hills & colorful fall leaves. Mom picked me up and I came home, called Kristi to tell her I got here OK and hten I laid in bed for awhile, took a bath and now here I am. But my eyes are watering & hurtings SOO bad...and Im feelin a little sad...like I said..not like before..but still man, I just wish I could be in 2 places at once, that would solve all my problems! lol. OHH WELLL. Wow that was a LOOONG entry! I swear I tried to make it as short as possible. Anyways- Im going to close with saying...if I never see another doctors office or airport again it will be too soon!! ;)
