This is funny...tonight im takin a bath and have the radio all up loud listenign (love 89) and i hear the end of a contest that the dj Shaun Jameson is doin..and he says be the 4th caller and tell me who sings the recent song "upside down" he's a new artist and his initials are T M, but i didnt hear the new artist part, so the only person i could think of was TOBY MAC so i called and was 4th caller (one ofthem anyway)s and I guessed Toby Mac ,and dude is like "no everyone's been guessing that...I guess noone heard me say NEW ARTIST" and i was like "ohhh nope" and he all tried giving me new hints again (oh by the way i had hopped otu of the tub and ran to get my phone to call and got back in the tub while calling..) so i got back OUT of the tub AGAIN and looked up online real quick on their website..and foudn it.. so i called back thinking it was already WON. Dude answered again and is like "love 89 who's calling" and i said "Kerri again" and he laughed and was like "oh can you tell me who it is Kerri" and I said "Trevor MorgaN!" all excited and assured and he said "DING DING DING..we have a winner"but then he said "i see you've done some quick researching" and i said "yeah" and laughed and he goes 'you won Trevor Morgans CD and some free buddyb BBQ" and i go "yayyy" and he was like "are you excited" and i said "yes!" and then he was liek " well thanks for all the hard work you put into it...there are no rules!! " and I said "Thank you" and hten of course he aske dme to hold.. So I held for 5 minutes and then he came on and was gettin all my informatino and he asked my last name and i said pressley..and he was like "well alright, are you related to Elvis" (this was off the air) and i said "yes actually somewhere down the line I am" and he was like "thats cool....HUNKA HUNKA burnin love" and said it all ELVISY and then he had to ask my age and I said "22" and he goes "really, well we are close ages then" and i aksed how old an dhe sid 23..and he said "but im not supposed to tell you that, we're not supposed to give our age on the air. It was hilarious, i knwo we talked for anohter 5 minutes haha Then he thanked me and told me when to pick the prizes up and blah blah so then me & mom listened by the radio to hear me on there. So it played our whole conversation about "kerri again" and doin research and me sayin YAY and all that crap..ya know which was hilaarious..it was freakin long.well before he aired it though he goes "i have had so many people callin trying to win tonight and everyone thought toby mac..but i guess i didnt make clear that it was a new artist....but there was one preson who just wouldnt give up" HAHHAHA and then he played what we said on air.. and then i got back in the bathtub after that....and was listening and he played like 2 songs after that and hten mentioned me again!!! hahaa i was like "NO WAY" and i screamed to mom "THAT IS GREAT" i was in the tub again though (3rd attempt) lol... well he goes.."I'd like to say another congratulatioins to Kerri for winning tonight....her last name is Pressley...and she says she IS related to Elvis a little ways down the line...so how cool is that, we have a PRESSLEY calling us" but i was like no he didnt...haha it was soo funny!!! b/c that was off the air stuff we had talked about. But anyways so i won! lol. It was so great!! I will prob go & pick my CD & Buddy stuff up at teh station tomorrow. OH yea, also, right after they aired it my phone rang and it was Ashlee calling me and she goes "did you just call LOVE 89?" hahaha. She had heard it all! I was crackin up. lol. Anyways, now that I've wrote a book about that....today is Tuesday and I worked from 7:45-3:15 and then picked up Marci and we walked 2 & a half miles at NorthWest Middle and then went to Walmart and then I dropped her off & came home. I am about to go to bed although its just 10:15. BYE!!!
