Here comes the bride!

Ok..so I have been in like 745,000 weddings lately..haha. Okay, well 3. 4 in my lifetime. But Jenni's was in October, Paula's was May 1st, and today is Brandon & Amy's, YAAAYY. Yesterday was a BUSY day. I got up at 11 and took a shower & got ready to run some errands. I went to the bank, to get gas, and to the mall. I bought me the cutest Old Navy bag, it's like a coral pink and says something about a beach hut party or something...it was only 6 bucks! I was excited. I saw lots of people I know from working there....Greta (haha), Matt C., Stephanie W., Shoudy, Kimberly, and Carrie. Kimberly stopped and talked to me, she is too sweet. If anyone is in a shopping mood...GO TO OLD NAVY, they have the cutest stuff EVERYWHERE out right now. I then went to American Eagle and got me some "bikini beauty" tanning oil and bought Sonyas birthday present (a lil early). I left the mall and went straight to Halls for my tanning appointment. I tanned and then went straight to work. I got there 25 minutes early and went in to the preschool building to give Angie the card that I got for her. I hardly know Angie at all, but the times I got to work with her were great...she is an AWESOMe person and Im going to miss her alot! So she read the card and was like "aw that is so sweet it made my day" and stuff. ;) Then I went next door to my room and gave Robin a card too, pretty much sayin the same thing but a lil different. Sara, Ashlee, and Racheal came to visit and see the babies *most were sleeping* and to bring my goody bags that I made for the kids b/c Iknew if I brought them on my errands before work the candy would be melted lol. They left and then I worked. The girl who is taking my place (Casey or Kaci or however she spells it) "trained" today with me & Darla. She seems real nice but I can SO see her letting those kids run over her. Poor thing :/ Oh well...Monday is my last day there, of course I'm not working today b/c the wedding. Anyways, after work I went straight to Smithwood Baptist for the wedding rehearsal. It lasted about an hour & half...it was kind of fun though b/c Julie, Britt, Bethany, Kathy, Kristen, Becca, Jimmy, Sherry, Shawn, Heather, Terry, Brandon, Amy, Bill, Brenda, Karen Ray and just all of these people I know were there, plus alot that I didnt know and that was just rehearsal lol. It went pretty smoothe! After the rehearsal Kristen rode with me to Calhouns on the River where we had our rehearsal dinner. It was nice and I'm sure expensive. It was held upstairs in one of the private banquet rooms where we used to have Harry's politcal parties. We got there and all went out on the balcony over the water and it was so pretty. And below us on the deck there were crowds of people and a live band and it felt so great outside, it was just VERY relaxing. Me & Kathy talked about our beach trip which was exactly a month away from yesterday. It's so exciting. Then we went inside to start the dinner. There were tons of people there. I sat at a table with Kristen, Britt, Jimmy, Sherry, Shawn, and 2 of Amy's aunts. We were served salad first and then we had biscuits, cornbread, baked potatoes, beans, barbecue, and grilled chicken in rice. It was VERY yummy. And then for dessert was some kind of red velvet cake with a cream colored icing...it was good! After eating, they did the whole "ding ding ding, I'd like to make a toast" haha. The toast was very sweet and then Amy & Brandon gave out the wedding party gifts. They were so cool. I got this big old white bag with a picture of women dressed up on the front and then in calligraphy Amy wrote "Kerri" over them. The bag had pink tissue paper and was tied to together with some thick pink & white plaid ribbon. I got a cute pink & white wash cloth with one of those long tubes of bath confetti rolled inside it...it was the pink & white hearts confetti. Then I opened up my own personalized hankerfchief which is my favorite thing. It's a little white, lacy, dainty looking hankerchief with my initials sewn in with pink thread (KSP)...it is too cute. THen I opened my earring & necklace set for the wedding...or course black to go with my dress, and last but not least there was a wedding cake candle wrapped up in a sheer, silver bag. I was ecstatic. I put the ribbon in my hair acting retarded and then took a picture with Heather and told everyone bye and then left. I went to Rachels after that to pick up my straightner and mine & Heather's stickers from Creative Memories. Of course I ended up talking Rachel's ear off about TONS of great things going on in my life...I was there an hour & a half. Of course she talked too lol...we talked about her wedding that will be coming up NEXT spring or summer. =) I got home around midnight and went to bed shortly after and even though I was sooooo tired (like I couldnt keep my eyes open) at the same time I couldn't sleep! I dozed on & off until about 4 in the morning until finally I SLEPT the whole night through. Oh yea, I started this sneezing fit yesterday and it has only grown worse today! I have sneezed like 8 times since I woke up an hour ago...and Ive had to go get a tissue almost everytime! Which worries me about the wedding tonight, I am afraid I will sneeze real loud in the middle of some important part or snot will come slinging out of my nose in front of all those people lol. I mean it is BAD. So I am praying I will make it through the ceremony w/out sneezing, and at this point is looking pretty hopeless. I took some medicine a few minutes ago and am gonna take more later, so I pray it works! Oh yea, yesterday was also Emily's 21st birthday. I havn't talked to her yet but I called her phone and sang happy birthday on her voice mail. Anyways, so today I have to straighten my hair, do my makeup, go to Tracias and have my hair done, then go straight to the church for pictures and then the wedding starts at 7. The reception is at Holston Hills Country Club, so I will let you know how everything goes later. I think this entry is long enough, so bye for now!
