The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books." ~ Rev. 20:12 Hey! That is one of the many bible verses I could have chosen for today. Last night I went to another Judgement House. It was better than the one I went to Tuesday night..but I know tonights is goign to be the best!!! This is going to be a LONG entry b/c I have to write for 2 days worth. lol. Tuesday was a busy day. After work I went straight out to Fountain City to meet Elaine, mom, & Sara at a house. It ended up not being the one in Corryton b/c it got sold! (go figure, that has happened to us 3 times). Anyways, it wasnt "all that" so we decided to go look at one on Maple Street...all I can say is "eww". It's a fairly new house, but whoever just moved out left it GROSS. SO needless to say we pretty much walked in & out...didnt even take the time to see the upstairs. Then we went & looked at another in Fountain City. It was a plus! But...its not exactly "on the market" yet...the people selling it....are deciding for sure if they are going to move and if they do put it on the market it will be a couple of weeks...sooo I'm not sure about that one. Urghh..we will never find a house!!! By then it was 5:30 so I had to rush on to pick up Kristen. I got her & then headed to pick up Julie & Brittanie. We all 4 met Sara & Andrea at the church. Stephanie was there "working" at the Judgement House since it was at the church she belongs to. So we went through. It was good...just not "great". The scenes were very realistic and they did a GREAT job decorating....but they could have done a better job on some things...and they didnt even have a "hell" to walk through...just showed the "unsaved" girl getting thrown into a dark black & red room out of Heaven. And the end where they do a devotional type thing and offer the prayer of salvation...it wasnt that good...the guy didnt really touch up on the importance of it and offer to pray with anyone. I still enjoyed it though...and it was everyones first time going except for me & Sara. Yesterday after work I went home for a little while. My "Debra Sue" called me to let me know that she was home from the hospital b/c she had surgery Tuesday. She was still a little drugged up when she was talking to me haha, so we didnt talk but for a few minutes. Then I got ready to go to Judgement House at North Acres Baptist. I met Marci & Stephanie at the apartments at 6:30 and we were off! We got there and took a seat to wait. They had free refreshments! I of course was ALL about that. Marci & Stephanie didnt get anything..but I got me a Dr. Pepper, some popcorn, and a chocolate chip cookie. They also had cupcakes & cake to choose from but I didnt eat any of them. My friends kept makin fun of me...you knwo since Im a big ole junkfood pig! While we were waiting I saw some familiar faces walk in! The church that I grew up in...that I went to with Daddy & Mary forver...'John Sevier Church Of God'. I was so excited. That is the church that Kristi's church reminded me of...as far as the service. I went there from like age 9 to like age 17. That is also the church that Rachel came wiht me to and got saved at...aww..precious memories. Anyways, it was the same ole people except the youthgroup were all like 7 years old when I went there and now they are all BIG and stuff. Makes me feel OLD! But Bruce & Michelle are still the youth leaders...I have always love them to death, they are great. Kara & Paul & the young brownheaded chic I cant remember her name.they are all still helping out with the youth. Kara's kids Jessica & Jonathan were like 12 when I stopped going there...now they are like 18 or 19. They were very good looking and grown up looking. Anyways it was GREAT seeing them...I stopped and talked to them for atleast 10 minutes. Then I went and waited with my group until time to go through! It was good. At the end they did a devotional that I thought was good & fitting....a couple pf people in our group got saved and then Marci was crying and went back with a prayer counselor to pray about her being a better witness to others or something. That was AWESOME! =) We didnt see Marci's boy Josh who was supposed to be working the judgement house...but we did see his dad (who is the preacher of the church) and his mom who ironically ended up being Marci's prayer counselor. After that we all 3 went to Krystals to eat and then to Walmart so Steph could get some car stuff. We all acted stupid as usual and I cried I laughed so hard. I cannot wait for TONIGHTS Judgement House. It is the ULTIMATE. At First Baptist of Sevierville! LOVE IT, LOVE IT! Its supposed to be me, Sara, Kristen, Ariana, Mom, and ya know what? My Uncle Billy might be going! As much as Im opposed to being around him...I dont mind at all him going to this, it might be good for him! Everyone needs to go to church..and especially to see the REALITY that one day we areall going to die and are all going to face judgement and spend eternity either in Heaven or Hell. Julie might go again too depending on how her leg is. Anyone reading this that wants to join us...come on!! Just let me know! =) Oh awesome news....we're having a family get together for my dads side of the family finally! Its set in motion! I however will not get to go see Toby Mac or Third Day b/c its the night of their concert on November 13th BUT thats ok...b/c this is way more important to me. I know for a fact Darrell & his family, Todd & his family, Libby & her family, and Peggy are coming..plus me...not sure about David, Debra, or Jimmy & Sherry & Shawn. I hope so though!! Im soo excited about it. I wish Daddy could be there, he would love it. We are having it at Willow Creek Rec Park in Halls and we are going to have a bonfire and do hotdogs and they are having sports such as volleyball, horseshoes, and football going. So Im sure I'll get great pictures. CANT WAIT!!!! OK thats all...:::phew::: Now that I've put all my readers to sleep hahaha. WAKE UP! Have a great day.
