Music-The Ataris |I won't spend another night alone| The trip for camping on the beach was canceled, because it was raining. I went to the meeting on Friday night, then Cait and I stayed the night at Kappy's house. The next morning we got up early to go to the 'soup kitchen'. It was amazing, just seeing all these people that don't have homes, I am not a little rich kid from upper Oxnard like Cait is, I mean the place we went to was 2 streets up from my house, but it was still incredible. The food was great, best breakfast I had had in a long while. Then I went home, and mom took me thrift store shopping. I got some pants (that didn't fit until mom fixed them) and some shirts. Then we went to the last meeting for Project Shelter, it was just a great thing in all, even if it didn't go at all as planned, that's okay. Today, at church, my mom's friend gave her a pair of earrings for free, just as a gift. The woman makes jewelry, hand paints it and all. So my mom got a pair of Chalice earrings, and her plan was to to take off the earring part and make 2 necklaces out of it. She did it, it's really cool, now I can show people that I'm a UU :) I'm hoping to get my ears pierced again, that'd make it 4, yep. Okay then, I'm out. Night Night people!
