so the past two days have been waaay fun, 'cept for one minor, yet not so small detail, but we wont go into it. yesterday was aditi's bday. we went to mimi's cafe for breakfast after my blood test, etc. it was waaaay good. as it always is. and then i dropped off aditi and amrita at fashion square and dropped in at nov's. picked them up 2 hrs later...and traffic was BAAAD. it took like 40 mins to get from mi casa to fashion sq. twas horrible. then i got home and stephen and i went to get some seeds stuff, and got a few things, not that many. Did not go to IKEA, but somehow i survived. and then he started teaching me how to drive his car...it was waaay fun. for my first time, i think i was ok. i wouldnt go so far as GOOD but ok. i stalled it like 15 times, but thats ok as well. im learning, and eventually i will be awesome. the coolest part was when i went around the lil circle in my neighborhood and i did SOOO well until the end when i stalled. damn. but i will succeed! dinner with the familia was great, we went to maggiano's. had never been there before, but was pretty good i'd say. like always, our family dinners ended with my aunt talking and me laughing so hard i was crying. today=not too bad either. although the cooking class with shelbs didnt work out bc the sweet basil ladies were being biatches, she did it and i went xmas shopping. i bumped into eric pei at the mall, it was fun. and then i went to pick up shelbs and we went to her house and ate tons of cookies (the rum ones were AMAZING bc they most definitely were just about SOAKED in alcohol!) and played Mario Party 4! so after i got home and ate lunch, i did some work and then relaxed for a bit. stephen came to get me for the seeds stuff, but a) the wild goose chase for his present was in the ending process, and i didnt physically have it yet, and b) i was sooo not ready to go. so about 45 mins later, with still no present, but i was READY, we left. couldnt go to IKEA bc it was already 5ish, which sucks. esp since no member of my family is gonna take me up there. and i dont like driving up there, it is scary. but i can get a lot of the other places hopefully. so we went to like 2 places. we may have been able to do more but there was tons of traffic. got home and fixed up the finally acquired present (and it wasnt even something AMAZING!) and then got the cooolest thing EVER! and everyone will see it when we go back to school :) so then i had some fun times with my aunt and mom downstairs. my aunt is sooo funny. amazing! and finally, off to shelby's. it was sooo fun and i OWNED poker today. no joke...the game was sooo mine. Sarah and Audra know...:) after poker, pizza, and lots of catchphrase, i finally made it home. now im gonna go check on aditi and amrita to see if the previous friends episode was done and ill join them for the next one. and people are leaving. stephen is leaving tomorrow, shelbs and parker are leaving on thursday. what am i to do without shelby? im seeing her tomorrow to give her something, im excited. the original thing didnt work as planned, but thats ok. it will still be WAY cool. hmm i sooo hope she likes it. she'd better! and when we re-do a cooking class it WILL NOT b at sweet basil. take that bitchy ladies. and now im gonna go watch friends and read bridget jones' diary 2. I effing love that book. anyway i might get online, but prob not. i need my sleep. for once. love you mucho Nish
