Sometimes you don't want to know the pain someone is feeling and then you know that your heart is cold, dark and deadly. You push away all thought of others not caring if they hurt. All you see is you and what you want Nothing else matters. But if you'd turn your heart back to see their pain and help you'd notice others find you more loving, more caring. More open. Don't play the part of the cruel uncaring villan; you know they never win in the end. So why waste precious time bringing others down?
