there isn't much new news that has happened over the past few days.
on tuesday we had the cross country. i had to run the 5km track. it was a bitch, cuz our first km is in the sand, so it takes it out of ur legs. i did it in 27.15 mins. not really my best eva, but still up there with my PBs. it kinda made me see that i am getting unfit, and that i might have to start bulking up once more.
that night after the cross country, i had badminton. first game of the season. hmmm i think it put about 64 years on my hips. lol. they are now stting at about the age of 80ish. i played nice, my dives were kept to a minimum, because of the pain i was in.
woke up the next morning and my legs were yelling at me. fuck it was sore.
wednesday consisted of me and joe playing football (for school sport). we just fucked round and chased each other around the oval. me were on different teams, but we made one great play with us snatching the ball and kicking it like soccer from one end to the other. lol.
thursday i was in for a rest which was good. i went over to nhill and caught up with rebecca. we went for a walk to see her dad's grave. the walk did me the world of good...on more than one level. i got to walk out the bloody stiffness, talk with the beautiful rebecca and stand at brian's grave and make myself a promise. it was good.
now today (friday) i was ready to throw the towel in and have a nice slow night, but i found out when i got to school that we were doing the "beep" test. for those of u don't know the beep test is the one where sum sick fuck thought up it would be cool and test ur fitness if u ran from one end of a basketball court to the furtherest 3point line....many many times...with the beeps on the tape getting much faster and u having to beat them. i got a 10.2, which is good, my second best effort in my short life (PB- 11.4).
now i am fucked and am going to sleep many hours tonight and not move most of 2morrow....but all this has shown me sum thing, that i had forgotten. i have found that doing exercise is really good (painful, but good)...after u have pushed through the pain and all that and u see that it is doing u good...it makes u feel alive.
i'm gunna be training alot more in the very near future.
