Oh my lorrrrrrd, do I have major dramage going on around me. And in softball. Ok here's how it goes: I had to miss last game because that was the night of my Drama performance. Well this game Coach Dean started me playing short-stop, which happens to be my arch-enemy, Kayla Coligans position (Kinda funny I dont like any other Kayla's I've ever met). Anyway, her moyher raised a bunch of bullcrap in front of me saying, "I think its unfiar that OTHER PEOPLE, who did NOT attend last game get to start, while those who were there have to be subbed in." She of course directed this towards me, as I was standing right beside the coach. Kinda hurt, coming from a woman thats triple my age, but hey I AM TEFLON!! It was later in the game, when the coach sent Kayla in at second (keeping me at short:O)), that things got nasty. Kayla walked up in front of me with Lauren and goes, "GOOD, we're gonna be a great team now!! If only you were playing short, then we'd be awesome...completley flawless." I swear, had I been holding a bat I just might have beaten her. And I'll have you know I had not made a single error in field or batting prior to her coming of the field. Bitch. GRRR. The rest of the game went by with both of the giving me the cold shoulder, and snide remarks that I could care less about. It wasnt until the end when it got interesting thoguh... The whole game Mr. Dean knew what was going on, that being the reason he didnt sub me out at any given time, and he got a group of all the parents and girls together addressing the issue. He looked right at Lauren and Kayla's mums when he said, "I;ve heard tale that not everyone is happy with the way I play my players. ANd I want you all to know that I try my hardest to let each player play where they want at any given time, but seeing as we have 6 extra subs, it becomes very hard"....he went on about this for awhile and eventually drowned out, but there was much tension in the team, much tension. Luckily for me, Kayla and Lauren got so pissed they were talking about quitting the team, which by all standards is fine by me....:O) I'm sorry I took up a whole entry complaining, today has been such a rough day and thigns arent looking good anyway I see them. Hopefully tomorrow is better:O) Until tomorrow then, Your Nieghborhood Superman Oh yeah we lost our game...so far we're 0-3...:-/
