Yesterday I went into Easton with Melissa to pick up flowers for her new garden. She's moving next Wednesday though, so she really should've done this earlier, but oh well. It was a lot more fun then what Id've imagined. We came back and worked out. I was only supposed to run yesterday, but uncle greg's motto is misery loves company, so he showed me some new....fun...exercises. Then, because I wasnt showing enough pain on my face we did 45 minutes on the Eliptical (spelling?) in Pyramid mode or something. It was hard, but not impossible. Then I ate a Reeses fastbreak.
